MR COLIN SILVERSTONE

Colin has more than 30 years of extensive experience in the property management field, and his vast areas of expertise and knowledge are highly impressive, prestigious and truly commendable.


A qualified industrial engineer and Master Practitioner in Real Estate, who further boasts a certificate in sectional title management from the University of Cape Town.


Furthermore, Colin went on to complete a four-year Bachelor of Laws (LLB) through the University of South Africa and has been appointed by the Magistrate’s and High Courts in terms of section 16 to act as the community scheme administrator for a number of schemes throughout South Africa.


Years of experience in dealing with Community Schemes Ombud Service applications, conciliations, adjudications, High Court appeals and related matters render Colin a leading industry expert who is always willing to assist and go the extra mile for our clients.

Mr Larry Marks

Larry Marks was admitted as a practising attorney in 1995. Having completed his Bachelor of Arts, majoring in Law and International Relations in 1988, and further obtaining his Bachelor of Laws (LLB) in 1993, he was granted a High Court Right of Appearance in 2002.


Larry further went on to establish the very renowned and successful firm of attorneys called “Larry Marks Attorneys”. His company and team boast over three decades of experience and are admitted to practise in the High Court of South Africa. His extensive legal career encompasses, but is not limited to, specialising in and playing a leading role in sectional title property law and CSOS High Court appeals.


His company was awarded the MEA Market - Commercial Law Firm of the Year - Gauteng 2022 & 2023 and further the MEA Market - Best Corporate, Commercial & Litigation Services Firm 2024 - North East, South Africa.
